Dear all , I am a banker posted in navi Mumbai area . While doing equitable mortgage we have to visit to Thane branch as navi Mumbai is not a notified centre . However, one of our auditors pointed out that since past couple of years all the bank branches are notified centres . Is this information true and is there any document pertaining to the same . Kindly advise .

Society registered in 2012. Chairman not issuing share certificates on multiple pretexts even after society lawyers clearance. Now Chairman has tendered resignation which is not accepted by MC.
Society Lawyer has cleared a number of files but Chairman is refusing to sign on share certificates.
Without share certificate can new elections take place. What is the recourse I have as my documents are all cleared and have also submitted an affidavit

Myself Abhishek Dubey, has some query regarding a property of my wife. This is a flat which was in my father in law,s name. He passed away last month & this flat was nominated in my wife’s name; with the NOC of all the other daughters. This NOC is notarised by all daughters, without any supporting of their address (adhar card & Pan card no). Now this property is going for redevelopment in a month’s time. The society has asked for a fresh NOC from all the other daughters, the new agreement will be with new area. Now these sisters have refused to come to Mumbai to give a fresh NOC .
I need to know wheather the transfer of the said property can be done attaching the old NOC which they gave 4 years back.

Dr. Vashista,
Member claims acquiring a Flat, but is evading Transfer of Certificate and payment of Fees to his/her name since 12 years, but pays maintenance by way of Cash in old members name. The Society is held at Ransom by this Member, as society wants to Re-Develop the Apartments, and is the only one doing so. Rest of 26/27 members are in agreement. Can you Guide/advise or suggest the approach.
Thank You and Warm Regards,
Nilesh

Rented dependent are not allowed usage of club house
Hi,
My wife's grand mother (Nani)bought a house in Mumbai. As a care taker we moved in same premise as her. Nani has paid 2 years of Club House fee to builder. Since she is 80 years old and can not use Club House, we applied as dependent member to join club house. Club House denied our request stating that we stay on rent and not in the same house with dependent.
Wanted help in this regard of how can we join club house and save lakhs of Rupees we paid for 2 year.
Thanks,
Ashish
