Chs share certificates

(Querist) 09 January 2018 This query is : Open 
Society registered in 2012. Chairman not issuing share certificates on multiple pretexts even after society lawyers clearance. Now Chairman has tendered resignation which is not accepted by MC.

Society Lawyer has cleared a number of files but Chairman is refusing to sign on share certificates.

Without share certificate can new elections take place. What is the recourse I have as my documents are all cleared and have also submitted an affidavit

Members can call for a special general body meeting to sort out the issue.

Alternatively you may file complaint before the Dy Registrar of Coop Societies.
