What to do of noc

dear expert,read all points plz rather than fast answer

1) my flat is sold its everything clear,I got money ,property tax is also clear
2) its not society but 9 flat appartment in Pune
3) I have told many times to people who take maintence of 600 rs monthy to give recipts or take maintence by cheque so kept 6 mnth maintence pending
4) I am ready topay all dues plus penalty as total 5000 rs bit chairman not giving any documented evidence


how to help the person to buyed flat from me in this situation and tackle chairman

When it is not a society, how come the chairman? What penalty, under which rules? ".............. people who take maintenance", who are they? Or in other words, how is this apartment of 9 flata managed? Or in other words, are there deeper issues?

its apartment association
they use word chairman ,2 people managing the apartment and asking for maintenance


main issue ,no documentation,no receipts

apartmen assocaition,I never know,just did agreement to sale with builder
later apartment deed
and just giving maintenance

Any specific reason of your presumption that the finalization or registration of sale deed cannot be made if maintenance charges are not paid to the association that too about existence of which you don't know anything?

finalization is alreay made,already completed deal,mainatance charges r only thing missing

Where is the problem. Add a clause in the registration deed about the maintenance charges, if any due, to be cleared by the buyer. The amount for the same be charged less out of the total amount of the deal.
