Hello sir,
I purchased this land on 2010 , but registered on 2012 , this was the first time we are purchasing the land , so we didnt know much about the property. , we actually purchased from agency. at the time of registration we didnt notice anything. but during patta , the survivor told us land square feet is 50 * 25 = 1250 , but in our paper that shows 50* 25= 1225 , so there was mistake happened on registration time. actually we bought 1225 square feet . so what we do now , the agency told us there will be no problem we will get patta for 1250 itself . there will be no problem in future . but i ask you there will be a problem right without correcting the mistake. if we opt for thiruthal pathiram , it will solve the problem or not . because in future i dont want any problem in selling . please give me suggestion.
advance thanks for suggestion.

Hi,
My father (Ex-serviceman) got agri.land on retirement as new tenure land. After 15 years of continuous holding AND after converting the land from new tenure to old tenure, he sold certain part of land to other farmer WITHOUT prior permission of collector.(As old tenure land order did not mention such condition specifically.)
Now, a revision order is issued for the same transaction on the ground that "prior permission was not taken".
Please guide what outcome would be there as per prevailing provisions ???
Thanks for the valuable advice. Eagerly awaiting.

Though it looks like a general question, but it is a query requesting to please answer for one of my friend. The query is that a flat has joint owners where a son as first party added father as courtesy and respect as second prty jointly in sales deed. Though all money is paid by first co owner i.e son including registration and took loan and is still paying loan in his name. Now the father is died and thus as I believe, the first owner becomes whole sole owner since he pays everything since beginning and still paying housing loan. Kindly advise if so and also what process is needed to have it. Thanking you in advance

Sale deed correction
Hello Repsected experts,
My late father had purchased a property in 1988, and registerd the sale ded the same year, Taxes, khatha, EC and betterment charges , building plan is all up to date with the authorities. However the issue with sale deed is:
1- The geographical directions mentioned in the schedule are wrong. ( i.e. what had to shown in the east, has been shown in the north etc...)
2- The sale agreement also has the same mistake
3- Buyer , Seller and the witnesses for this land transaction are not alive.
How can I rectify the sale deed now?
Your advise will be highly appreciated.
Thank you
