Sir,
I have purchased a flat out of 12 flats constructed by the private builder on one plot purchased from the allotee of UP Housing Board. Registry of plot is still in the name of original allotee of Board and sale deeds of all 12 flats executed by builder have also not been registered in the names of buyers including myself. I want to know what is the procedure to get the flat registered in my name and other buyers and to pay house tax to UP Nagar Nigam???

Hi,
I'd like to know how I can find out if a piece of agri land in K'taka was originally granted to SC/STs, in case the mother deeds and other relevant documents are not available.
Which office would provide me the details? Is the (PTCL)endorsement by AC sufficient and will it be a valid legal document in case of unforeseen litigations ?

We have our fathers property in Moradabad, UP who demised 3 years back and did not leave a will. We are two sisters and a brother and all are married. We would like to know if the sisters have equal right in the property and can our brother forge a fake will and sell the property or mortagage it? He is going through financial issues and we suspect he would do that without our convent.
Also how can we legally stop him from doing the same?
We would like to register the property in the name of all 3 of us and need advice.
Can we send an online notice or registered notice from other state as both of us the sisters don't live in Moradabad.

Hi,
I would like to buy a land in UP from an SC farmer who's willing to sell it to me at market rates.
I understand that the Dalit land amendment bill was passed and approved by the governer in Dec 2015.
http://m.thehindu.com/news/national/other-states/dalits-in-up-can-now-sell-their-land-to-nondalits/article7992878.ece
I'd like to know the guidelines and procedure to legally buy such a land.
Thanks in advance!

Hi experts, my grandfather started living in a house in Bombay since 1967. The landlord is providing receipts under his name even after his death. Now that I wanna carry out repairs he is asking me to pay a hefty sum to transfer the rent receipt on my name plus another hefty sum for the repairs. Now that my grandfather is no more and my parents have past away. My Dad was an adopted child , so he is asking for pagdi again claiming that it is not rightfully his.is he right ? If not is there another option ?
