Respected All,
There is total 19 guntha agricultural land having one survey number (gat kramank)in a gram panchayat area in Maharashtra.
Out of this 19 guntha, I want to buy 3 guntha for constructing a house.
Can I have a 7/12 for this 3 guntha on my name?
Is this sale-purchase transaction legally possible? what is the procedure?
What could be the options for purchasing this 3 guntha land legally?

Helli sir, I am living in pune & 1 yr back I have purchased resale flat in pune, we have sale deed & after flat possession we come to know that owner already has done MOU which is notari but not registered on same flat 1.5year back & has take 11lakh rs from seller but now he is not paying him back so there is case going on my owner because for getting money back or flat, i had given paper notice also but no objection came that time.so what should i do now please help me

If a land is granted by govt ( grant lands) against normal payment
Then what is the locking period or sleeping period and who is the authority for alienation and for how many years the alienation can be granted.
what is provision under law which support the above mentioned query

In our 7 /12 extract papers there are total 4 names added my father's name his two auntys (sisters of my grandfather ) and also one my aunty ( sister of my father ) so my query is after the death of these all married auntys whose name will get added in our 7 /12 extract papers their married sons or married girls ??

I am looking to buy an apartment in Mumbai. The seller X has the allotment letter provided by the builder but has not entered into an agreement with the builder. I am told that builder will agree in-principle to the transaction at the price arrived between the buyer (me) and the seller X.
Please answer my following questions:
1) Legally, who would be the seller - the builder or the person X on whose name the apartment is allotted?
2) To whom I should pay the token amount?
3) Would I get a home loan on the basis of allotment letter? Who would be the beneficiary? The builder or the person X?
As I understand, since the agreement has not been entered into the title of the property is in the name of the builder. And so the answers to the questions above will be the builder.
If so, what is the role of person X in this transaction? This is all the more important since my negotiation regarding the apartment are primary with person X. The builder will enter the picture only once the price is finalized.
What are the things I should keep in mind while talking to person X about the apartment?

my mother had purchased a shop in 2003 after that she died in 2005 and did not make any will. As I am the only daughter of my mother I want to get back my mother property from my maternal uncle possesion. I have death certificate of my mother and certified registry of that property. Now what a easy and fast procedure to get my mother property back. My father and mother already got seprated long ago. After that my mother purchased it. So kindly show me the way what to do.

Girl name is added as successor of her father in 7/12 extract......she is married.....but after her death whose names will get added in 7/12 extract.....can it be her married sons / married daughters ??
