i have agricultural land in kavalgi village of dist bijapur Karnataka, i am planning to start a production unit of fly ash bricks, it is 12km away from bijapur district city... so pls help me in procedure of getting and NA title for this land and how much it will cost per acre, i want to get only 2 acres NA out of 8
i do not want to pay development charges..

Hi,
I'm raising this query in favor of my Mother In Law (MIL), she has a property in Mumbai chawl which is bought by an developer and is about to be developed. My (MIL) father purchase the property from his brother under mutual understandings in presence of their community, the rent receipts where kept in name of my (MIL's) uncle stating what difference it's gonna make.
My MIL's after her marriage was living with her father with her husband and her daughter's. Still her father had not transferred the rent receipts on either his names or my MIL's name. After the death of my MIL's father before the developer bought the chawl from landlord. The landlord had transferred the rent receipts on my MIL'S name in year 2014.
The developer is sole owner of the chawl now but he has not considered the said transfers among landlord and my MIL. He is not giving rent receipts on my MIL'S name. Now he proposes to develop the building, the consent was sign by my MIL, all documents submitted to MHADA are of my MIL. MHADA has enlisted her name in the list. Now few days back she signed the agreement which would be registered in MHADA.
Now the story is he is asking a huge sum for transferring the room on her name.
How fair is this and is this correct?
What should we do?

MyGrandfathers Friend gifted piece of land through notarized WILL (notarised and not registered) in the name of My Father before he expired ( year 1990)
Owner used to reside in village and his son and grandson in mumbai they never visited village for last 15 years to see the old man
my father took care of the owner for five years before his death ( from his age 84 to 90) but now his grandson( his son died) and other relatives are claiming rights ( individually) for the same property
1 WILL made 1990
2 Owner Expired 1990
3 Applied for Probate with WILL,fees for probate,witness etc 1994
4 My Father Expired 2000
5 Cavet received against petition (from relative) 1998
6 Cavet received against petition from another relative 2002
7 yet to file/claim anything by owners grandson
in 7/12 extract only owners name written
kindly advise what to do in the above case to acquire rights of the property or to claim

Dear Sir
My father owned shop in Mumbai on pagari basis . After his death the shop was transferred in my mother name. My mother also expired in 2012 leaving three sons as her heir.
My elder brother is running the shop at present. After long discussion and argument my brother agreed to give our share in cash and subsequently he paid to my younger brother but now he is refusing to give my share.
I am living in Gandhinagar Guj.
I want my share .Kindly advise how to proceed.

Company Name :- SA Fabric Pvt.Ltd.
How to transfer non-agricultural land in the name of company i.e.SA Fabric Pvt.Ltd. and company will allot shares to Sarfaraz Chhipa and appointed to him as director in said company against the said sale deed.
But, transaction of transfer of land is 2 crore and share price is less than 2 crore which will allot to sarfaraz (land owner)

Grandfather willed part of his property open land to my mother. My mother died after few year of grandfather death without getting will executed.The property got transferred as per sucession to my 2uncle & father. Now there are family dispute . I am the only son of my mother and want the property transffered in my name. Father has given Noc for the same. Pls provide forward path Property in mumbai

not registering the scheme plot
dear experts
we joined in a plots SIZE(30X40) scheme and paid 60monthly instalments of rs.2000 per month and last instalment was Feb.2016 .at the time of joining the scheme they assured to execute the regd.deed before scheme is compleated but despite repeated demands they did not respond to do that after compleating the sceme.
kindly advice on this .
