Loan taken from employer before a few year by husband for cooperative society house and loan EMI from employer still continue and flat,s original share certificates deposited to employer. can husband add his wife name in home Registry document while cooperative house society has no objection to add wife name in registry document? Justified or not.

dear experts
in 1982 legal heir certificate issued by the Tahasildar and death certificate issued by the city muncipality.xerox copies are available bur orginal copies of the same are not tracable.
when the applicants now legal heirs are claiming the property on the basis of the above applied for the certifyed copies of the same to the concerned authorties they are saying files are not traceanl
the above is very crucial documents to be marked in the court and on the basis of them only court will decide.
hence i request you all the experts kindly give a suitable advice on this.
as a suit is pending for disposal.thanq very much in advance.

Sir my question is...suppose A is owner of property and sell his property to B. Only bayana done not registry. Now B don't want this property and want to sale further it to another party C. So can party C done bayana on bayana with party B. Owner party has no objection in it...query is that can B do this bcoz he is not orignal owner. Is that possible to do Bayana on bayana ?

If the immoveable property bequethed under a registered Will is situated out side the metropolitan town territories , is obtaining the probate of such WILL essential under the I.S. ACT 1963 to give effect to the bequest under the will??

Hello Sir/Mam..
I have an query regarding my property rights..There is plot in the name of my father and mother jointly...Now my father is no more..One apartment is built in that plot and each part is divided among my brother and sisters verbally...The promoter who constructed the building has provided us with possession letter individually for each part..Now my query is what more I need to do as per documentation part..Gift deed,mutation .. Registration etc..Please guide..!!

Will there be any current or future legal implication (legal heir, right or ownership claim) from family members or others if we buy a land self acquired (purchased) by a Hindu Lady married to a Muslim Gentleman.

Grandfather willed part of his property open land to my mother. My mother died after few year of grandfather death without getting will executed.The property got transferred as per sucession to my 2uncle & father. Now there are family dispute . I am the only son of my mother and want the property transffered in my name. Father has given Noc for the same. Pls provide forward path
