I had bought a property on lease forever in 1990.
Can i execute a sale deed now? Do i have the right to sell it? Or i can execute only a lease deed.
Can i execute a sale deed in favour of any person other than the lessor?
Or i will have to give it back to the lessor only.

Hello sir, we have property under the title of my grand grand father, he had 4 son my grand father &
Others (all already dead), their legal heirs are about to divide the property but one lady has objections over it. She says her husband's grandmother (nani) also has share, although NANI had gone to pakistan at the time of partition. We have registry under the name of my grand grand father, LADY gone to pakistan and brought some papers of 1925, WE ALSO HAVE PAPERS OF 1925 where no such things are mentioned. Infact my all grand fathers gave share of their sister and got registered NOC.
Kindly suggest if lady has legal share of her grand grand mother in law(NANI SAAS)?

sir, my father in possession of 14 gunta revenue land from 1930, and don't have any revenue record except my father name mentioned at pani at bottom and regularly collected tax amount through my father and we lost our father 5 years back, now how we can get pani and other revenue records,

I have purchased a flat on GPA system and get register the GPA in registrar office delhi , i have done full payment and he promise me to handover the flat in 7 days but after one month past i locked by flat with the incomplete work now he has stopped the work and basic facilities are missing from building i.e water and electricity he is doing construction work is very slow rate now i am afraid that when he will complete his work and whether i have to shift or not.....basic is that i want to save my full payment please advice me how i get the flat or my full payment back.

My grandfather gift me by gift dead some of his property.At the time of registration I was not present their.I was out of state at the time of execution.Before I out from state I signed the document as a donee.I have complited mutation in my name after registration.Can any of my cousin brother challenge the gift dead at court ?

Sir Maine ek property li hai 2015 me jo ki ek harijan ki thi jisme SDM k order se usko commercial kiya gaya hai or 143 hai but khatauni pr mera naam nahi chadh raha hai. Please tell me something on this

How to get possession
My grandfather had 3 boys and 3 daughters also he made a will and give property to his 4 grandsons. The eldest son of my grandfather didn't had any child so he adopted a child from one of the 4 grandsons of his father. That will is registered but now my uncle whose child is adopted is demanding the property distribution acoording to 3 sons of my grandfather they are not accepting the will also not vacating the area as they are in possession of more than the area which was mentioned in the will. We are two brothers hence we are authorized to take half of this property according to will. Please guide me how to vacate our part of property as they are not accepting the will nor they are vacating.
