My mom has 100% interest in a flat in a chs. She wants to enter into a gift deed and transfer 50% interest in the flat to me. Pls explain what is the procedure for the gift deed execution

Your mother can execute gift deed through registered deed. Stamp duty and registration charges applicable.

1. Execute duly Stamp Duty (3%) + Registration Fee (200/-) paid "Gift Deed" for the 50% "title-ownership" of the immovable property. 2. Society Bye-Law Form no. 4 & 23 "plus" one cheque of 100/- towards "membership entrance fee" 3. Covering Letter addressed to Society Secretary, attached with above. 4. PERIOD.
