The exact map of property heir transfer is presented in excel with an image with Comments/Notes.
My Grandfather by will transfered whole property in my name (when I was minor)
My father re distributed the property equally
in usual and justified manner, so his brother and my brother have property share.
(Unfortunately, such property is ruined by the new ownership)
Can I impose restriction/ exercise control in the flow of property, though I may not get back /do not wish - to reclaim the re-distribution property.

respected sir/madam,
i live in a pagree system in vile parle,r building is quite old n not in a good condition n also there is a lot of illegal activities going in the area which is making the tenents of the building difficult to live
& the lanlord doesn't take any action against it because he wants us to take money & leave the flat with less money not with the actuall psf rate of the area.
so sir i wanted to know can we demand the actual rate of the flat from r landlord n if the matter goes into court what r the chances that court will charge the case in favour of us

My father in law and brother in law jointly own a house in ahmedabad. The property was purchased by means of a loan that will be repaid back by March 2012. Now since our whole family has shifted to mumbai, we plan to purchase a new house here in the name of my husband and myself. But first we want to sell the ahmedabad property.
i wish to understand capital gain tax implications on such transaction. How much CGT will be applicable? Secondly is it possible to transfer the ahmedabad property first in our (myself and my husband's) name and then sell it?
Please guide me through the process.

sir,i want to sell my agricultural land in udupi(karnataka),and want know wether i would have to pay tax on the sale?
Share certificate
I am holding the Share Certificate of a co-operative housing society ltd building but the said building is not legal as per municipal limits and the conveyance deed of the land on which the building is constructed is not in the name of the Society. it is still in the name of the Builder.
Therefore, I would like to know whether the share certificate which I am holding for my flat is valid for the property.
