Adopted child as legal heir.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
The exact map of property heir transfer is presented in excel with an image with Comments/Notes.

My Grandfather by will transfered whole property in my name (when I was minor)
My father re distributed the property equally
in usual and justified manner, so his brother and my brother have property share.
(Unfortunately, such property is ruined by the new ownership)

Can I impose restriction/ exercise control in the flow of property, though I may not get back /do not wish - to reclaim the re-distribution property.

If you do not wish to claim the redistributed property then there is no scope for your intervention.

You shall have to claim ownership over the whole property where ever the share is held by any person and if court admits your claim by way of will only then in next step, you can impose desired restrictions.
