Proprietorship board in a residential area

I have a proprietorship board as a communication address in a residential area. i basically provide services of
scientific nature besides besides selling
some customized software?. I am leaving here as a tenant.

Whether our property can be considered as
commercial property by NDMC.
I case they enquire what shall i reply.

Definitely your profession being run in the residential area can be declared as commercial property by competent authority.
