Hello experts,
I have been researching on forum on this topic for few weeks now but haven't found any related answer yet.
For building constructed on a plot issued by DDA on which each floor belongs to different person through gpa sale, DDA allows conversion of plot to freehold by issuing conveyance deed in joint name of floor owners.
Does this process changes ownership of floor itself?
Or does it only changes land ownership from dda to current floor owners?
If it changes land ownership only, will it require any kind of partition? Or title of floor is well protected with previous agreement to sell?
Any help with what should be further course of action will be great.
Thanks

Kindly let me know, in a gift deed what documents may be attached to prove the relationship between the Donor and the Donee?
In our family we need to gift a property and our agent says he needs the passport of the Donor and the Donee.
What should we do if we do not have a passport?
We are attaching the PAN Card & the Birth Certificates where the Donor(Brother) and Donee(Sister) both have father's name in Common in the PAN Card and both Father and Mother's name in the Birth Certificates.

Respected Sir,
I want to know the validity of Sathe Khat and right of Sathekhat holder. Please go through the following example:
In year 1985 Mr.A had made a deal with Mr.B of 500 sq.m. land. Mr.A bought that land by making SATHEKHAT in front of NOTARY and paid him some amount amount of total price.
Today Mr.A has to sell the said property to another person by showing sathekhat.
In sale deed with another person will be consenting party.
So, my query is:
1. Can Mr.A sale the said property to another person by showing sathekhat.
2. Whether Mr.B (main owner) has right in his property to restraining to Mr.A?
Thanking you.

Hello,
Iam Aditya
My query:-
My Father After His Retirement Has Planned to Purchase A Property, For Which He Has Short Fall of Funds.
The Total Value Of Property of 300 yards Is Rs 30,000 in year 1985, for which my father asked rs 15,000 to help him and told will return in 2 years. I had aggreed and given 15,000 rs amount.
after 1 year when i saw the property surrounding i asked my father i dont want amount but a share of 15000 in property i.e 150 yards, for which my father aggreed and written in 100 rs bond paper.
but the agreed land was not registered in my name. and after 2years my father passed away.
now the land is worth nearly 1.5 crore, now my brother is arguing, that bond paper is not valid and total land should be splitted into 2 parts. and shared
my argue is the rest of 150 yards LAND only to be splitted and shared by 2 of us.
now my question is ...
Is that bond paper valid which father has given to son though the agreed land
was not registered?

Hi,
Its an Ancestor property
My father has gifted me 60*58 site out of 100*58 by gift deed and i have constructed house on that.
40*58 will be given to my brother during the partition, Since my brother is getting 10ft less, this will be compensated for him in another revenue property(which is around 1 acres)
1) Can he question the gift deed? If yes , can he claim the share in the constructed house also?
2) My sister got married and she has executed Release deed( Khulase patra in kannada), will she has rights in any of my father's Ancestor property?

Hi,
I am Sangam. I want to ask about my right in the self earned property of my grandfather. My Grandfather has two sons and one daughter(married). He has two grandchildren from his elder son and two from younger son. His younger son (my father) died of cancer this year. Now my grandfather and uncle are asking us to leave the house and the business (in which my father worked for years). They are not ready to give us anything. I am just 18 and my younger sister is just 15. We dont have anything. So I wanted to know (1)Do I have any legal right in my grandfather's property and what should be the proportion of my share? and (2)What should I do now?
I need help. Any assistance will be appretiated.
With Regards.

HOW TO GET SHARE IN PROPERTY PARTITION.
SIR HOW TO FILE A CIVIL CASE OF SUCCESSION IF A WOMAN HAS DIED INTESTATE LEAVING 2 SON AND 4 DAUGHTERS BEHIND. IF 4 DAUGHTERS WANTS TO GET EQUAL SHARE IN THE PROPERTY OF DECEASED MOTHER WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FILE CIVIL CASE FOR THIS. IF THE PROPERTY IS FIXED DEPOSITS IN BANK CAN 2 BROTHERS GETS THEIR RIGHT IF THEY HAD BEEN THE NOMINEE OF THE FIXED DEPOSITS(FD) OR FD HAS TO BE SHARED AMONG THE ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS EQUALLY. AND IF BROTHERS WANTS TO SHARE FD AND OTHER CASH PROPERTY AMONG THEM DO THEY REQUIRE ANY COURT ORDER TO SHARE FD AND CASH OR LETTER OF RELINQUISHMENT HAS TO BE OBTAIN FROM SISTERS.
Dear Client,
Please note the nominee is only a custodian of the property on behalf of the owner after his death and not at all is a owner of that property.
In this case you have to file a civil case of declaration, partition and possession of the property in civil court of the local jurisdiction, submitting details of all legal heirs of the deceased along with their addresses and relation to the deceased and the full detail of the his property.
After the publication and notice, in the absence of any objection if not filed by any one, a declaratory decree will be passed by the civil court stating that the these are the surviving legal heirs of the deceased and the property be equally divided among the all of them. Thus all brothers and sisters will get the equal share out of the FD and Cash.
In case any one of the legal heir wants that his/her share be relinquished in favour of the any one else among the surviving legal hairs he or she can do so as per his/her sweet and free wish & will.
