Tenant succession and redevelopment benefits

I belong to a family that has been living as tenants in a very old wada (traditional building) in Guruwar Peth, Pune, for more than 60 years.

The original rent receipts and tenancy were in the name of my grandmother, who was the original tenant. She has now passed away.

After her death, my family has continued to live in the same rented house without any interruption. We have never vacated the property and are still in continuous physical possession of the premises.

My uncle was also living with our family in the same house. However, his wife and children have been living permanently in their village for the last 5–6 years after his marriage and have not been residing in this property. After my uncle's death, only my family continues to live in the house.

I would like to understand my legal position during the redevelopment process.

My question is:

Since only my family is currently residing in the property and my uncle's wife and children have been living separately in the village for several years, will they also have any legal right or benefit in the redevelopment? Or will the redevelopment benefits primarily belong to the family members who are actually residing in and occupying the rented premises?

Wrongfully name removed from pr card

in 2008 my father died. very next year my uncle and elder brother appproched me and convinced me for relinquishment deed"as i was getting married and i agreed for the same . and signed.
but when they approched to related office for removel of my name additinally my mother name was also removed from property.
now i got to knew this currently'.
in meantime my brother sold property without my moms knowledge in 2014.
can my mother challenge this ?
note.. my brother is leaving seprately from my mother ..

Society not formed by the builder since 1969.

We are 23 residents in abuilding and intend forming a Society and registering the same.
Out of the 23 we have only 11 residents with proper documents for proof of ownership.
Query
Can we form a CHS with the 11 residents or do we need more members to register their respective flats. And if yes, what is the minimum required to apply to form a cooperative housing society

Screenplay should be in english or in native language

I want to get my screenplay copyrighted under the Copyright Act, of 1957.

My Questions:

1) If I upload my screenplay on the Government portal, in my native language Telugu, will the officers in Delhi be able to approve my screenplay and sanction copyright?

2) In Govt. Portal says that "at least first 10 pages and last 10 pages should be uploaded, and if the whole script is 20, then all 20 pages to be uploaded". My doubt is my screenplay is 120 pages. Do I need to upload only the first 10 and last 10 pages or do I have to upload all 120 pages for copyright?

Name of male friend (live in relation) in the "will"

A lady purchased on Joint / Co-ownership basis with her husband, a Residential Flat, Husband Died long ago, later on Co-operative Housing Society of the Building endorsed her husband's 50% share into her name to make her 100% ownership. Now she wants after her death, give 50% of her immovable Residential property rights to her adopted Son and 50% she wants to give to her Male Friend (Live in Relationship) and she wants to make a Registered WILL for the same and make her Friend as EXECUTOR for performance of WILL. Can she do so? What are challenges, because adopted son seems a Legal Heir but her Live in Relationship Friend is also a Legal Heir.
What procedure her adopted Son and her Male Friend (Live in Relationship) need to follow to post her Death to obtain property into their name.

Technically Her adopted son never stayed with her, though she bear all expenses till date, he is staying with his real biological Mother, and adopted Son has mentioned name of his Biological Father in his PAN, AADHAR instead of person who adopted this child (now adult), will this make any difference ?

Mhada property

I bought a MHADA property in Mumbai from allottee in 2011 .. he sold the property to me and gave me POA and the original file .. he sold it as soon as it was allotted …

Now I want to transfer it on my name … the original allottee is not there ..

1- what is the way to get it transferred on my name ?

2- can this be done under amnesty scheme ?

3- can the documents be adjudicated now after 14 years ?
