A poor village man who worked in a co.operative agri credit society. He retired 10 years back. he was not given gratuity and unpaid salary for for 10 months. He moved a writ in high court 4 years back for gratuity and got an order to pay on merits and according to law. The deputy registrar got him into agreemnent with the society that Rs. 10,000 per month would be paid. But they did not do. randomly paid almost half of the amount. now a reply recived for a letter that they would pay periodically gratuities. not talking about unpaid salary. how to get this unpaid salary? legal avenues? please advise

Sir, a Rectification Deed was executed to correct mistakes in a my Sale Deed. Can such a Rectification Deed be cancelled by a Cancellation Deed (executed bilaterally by both the parties). Does law permit registration of such a Cancellation Deed.

Our Societys Managing Committee has passed in the AGM that evey flat owner undertaking renovation will have to Pay Rs 100/- per day till renovation work is over. They are saying it is because stairs get dirty workers move up and down etc. and the intend to limit the duration of the renovation which sometimes extends to 6 months. Does the Bye Law allow such levy of charges for carrying out renovation of flat. For housekeeping and upkeep the charges are already in the maintenence bill.
Apart from this they also take a refundable deposit of ₹10000 from every member to be adjusted against any damage to any society property during such renovation work.

I want to join a real estate group as a sales person. And thus needs a police verification for RERA registration. But no neighbor of my gali is interested in signing the noc form for police verification as they get worried when the police name comes. I have lived there for 30 plus years since childhood.... good terms with almost all neighbors. Can't the police verify on its own.

I was working for a company where in I had a bond what if I leave within 3years I have to pay 1.5lakhs. However I left after 2years and paid 1.5 lakhs, but I was not given a salary increment and they had changed the increment cycle to July without prior notice. I left in August, so basically from April I have not been given raise, but still I had to pay 1.5lakhs bond. But I had adjusted the August month salary with 1.5lakhs, by paying 1.2 lakhs. Suddenly on August last day I received August month salary. But now after 15 days they are asking me to pay back the amount. So legat what should I do considering bond , no increment in salary and all. Thanks
