The question is not about the business done by the complainant, the question is whether it was a legally liable debt or not and also whether the signature is of the accused. Moreover this is not a wrong answer.

If you succeed to prove that cheque has been issued against legally enforceable debt or liability then your complaint can not be dismissed on solely ground on your answer.
