In this type of bail application the court does look into the conduct of the accused person while facing trial.

If what you alleged regarding the conduct of the said accused person is right then do obtain certified copies of his past conduct, focus his false submissions before the court. The higher court may not allow his anticipatory bail application.

If the accused persons have not properly been charged then you might have filed revision before sessions court. So far as bail application is concerned, the address is not imposrtant.
