Alterations to flat

Dear Sir,

I have added an additional toilet to my flat, without using any additional floor space (sacrificed my usable area) and it seems that the Building architect is suggesting that the same may not get approved in BMC and due to which getting the OC for the society may be a challenge.
Could you please suggest if i can add a toilet, if no, what is the way out of this.

no you cnanot add a toilet .you cnanot make any structural laterations in your flat . it appears in your case society has not yet been formed and building is still in construction stage . without OC you cannot shift into your flat . demloish said toilet made by you

If no sanction is granted then the Society may not issue NOC. You can continue to use it anyway.
