Why government of India not taking strict action against Khaap panchayat?

better ask the govt.
the issue is not merely confined to Khaap Panchayats.
the problem lies with every religion, community and state.
for reasons for not taking any action against them send a letter to the PMO and Home Ministry and to the concerned Home Minister of concerned State.

Why do you take the matter of Khap Panchayat? CBI deliberately didn't produce the material against Sanjay Dutt for TADA charges, it deliberately didn't oppose for his bail and even didn't file appeal against scrapping of TADA charges, Government of India could not get vacated Subhash park Delhi wherein illegal mosque was illegally built within night by thousand muslim goons, No govt. could be able to serve NBW to Imam of Jama Masjid Delhi issued by dozens of courts of India.
Everyone has a need to correctly understand the role of Khaps.

raj kumar sir I am taking this matter of khap panchayat just bcoz somebody send me e-mail which is as under:-
Agar aapko India me talibaan dekhna hai to Aap Rajesthan ke nagaur city se 7 k.m dur Ek Town HAi Basni jakar pura Taliban dekh sakte hai, Yaha ka rahan sahan, yaha ke logo ka sajja (punishment) denne ka tarika and bahut sari bad things sab talibaniyo se match karti hai,
Basni ki population 60,000 hone ke bawajud yaha par 1 bhi police chowky nahi hai. police chowky banana ka order mila bhi but bahut sare logo ne influence lagake police chowky nahi banne di,
Agar aap mujhe puchenge ki India me aaisa konsa town hai jaha par sabse jyada divorce ke matter hote hai to mai kahunga ki wo Basni hai jaha par sabse jyada divorce hote hai,
Second aap Mujhe puchenge ki wo konsa town hai jaha par juha, sarab khori, ayaasi, charas ganja aam hai tab bhi basni town ka hi naam aayega,
Agar koi Basni mai kisi ki maut bhi ho jaye to logo ko ye patta nahi chalega ki wo natural maut se marra hai ya unnatural maut se, kyu ke kisi ke marne ke baad na to koi police procedure follow kya jata hai na ho medical procedure hota hai direct marne wale ko dafan kar diya jata hai,
Yaha ki almost population Mumbai me business karti hai and 85% population illiterate hai, Aas paas ke gaavo ki population hindu bhaiyo ki hai aur wo employment par in logo par depends hai, Aur aap ko pata hai Rajesthan me shikaar karna banned hai, ye log raat ko black deer and other animal ka shikaar karte hai jab in logo ko koi hindu bhai rokta hai to hindu bhaiyo ko gaav me aane jaane ki pabandi aur use kaam karne se roka jata hai mera kehna hai ki aaise log jo pehle to illegal kaaam karte hai aur phir kisi ko gaav me aane jaane aur use kaam karne ki pabandi lagane wale kon hote hai,
Yaha par raat ko daru, juha, aur other bad activity ka bazaar garam hota hai,
Is Town me agar koi ladka ladki apni marji se shaadi kar lete hai to unhe puri gaav se 5 saal ke liye bahar kar diya jata hai, aur un ladka ladki aur unke ghar walo se koi baat nahi karta hai aur unka ghar se bahar nikalna bhi muskil ho jata hai,
Ye log Mumbai me business karte hai but paise town me rakhte hai na to in logo ke paas koi bank me account rehta hai na hi ye log bank se transaction karte hai inko agar Mumbai se rupaiye gaav me bhijwane hote hai to ye log hawala ka sahara lete hai, Mumbai me bahut saare hawala wale active hai jo inke hi town ya biradari se belong karte hai,
Suppose mujhe 50,000 Rupees Mumbai Se Basni me bhejna hai to mai Mumbai mai inke center mai De deta hu 50,000 bhejne ke badle ye kuch commission lete hai phir mera relative gaav mai wo paisa collect kar leta hai, Aaise inka business chalta hai, Aur sabse badi baat ye hai ki ye apna business 7P.M. ke baad start karte hai aur gaav mai police chowky nahi hone ke karan koi inka kuch nahi kar sakta aur Black money Mumbai se Basni ko routed hoti hai,
Yaha par shaadi ki registry court se nahi hoti hai jiske kaaran divorce ke matter bhi jyaada hai and jab kisi ne divorce de diya to usse 5 saal ke liye jamat se bahar kiya jata hai agar wo paise wala hai to paise dekar jamat mai wapus aa sakta hai,
Aaise Bahut Saari Baatain hai jo mai Abhi puri Trah se nahi bata sakta but waqt aane par sabhi ko disclose karunga,
Aap se mujhe madad ki jarurat hai kyun ki mai khud 1 muslim hu aur mujhe in logo se jaan ka khatra bhi ho sakta hai, lekin mere liye majhab se upar bhi insaaniyat aur desbhakti dikhti hai isliye mai iske liye kuch bhi karne ko tyaar hu, Sirf Mujhe Aap ki madad chahiye,
Aur Mai aap ko 1 baat bata du ke aaj se 1 saal pehle DNA mai Article published hua tha jiska Title tha “Ek aur Talibaan” jo Issi Town Basni Par likha gya Tha,

Since the government of India is not supposed to submit any report of its activities to any of the members of LCI, I don't think any of us would be able to tell you why Government of India is not taking strict action against Khaap panchayat.
In that respect we are also laymen as good as like you.
