About pil

if i would like to file a pil than will i get a public prosecuter or i would not get a pp.how much costly filing a case in court is these days .

You have to arrange your own lawyer. PP has nothing to do with this.

You can appear as PARTY IN PERSON and represent your case if you are capable of.

you have to engage a lawyer for drafting and filing of PIL . although you can file it in person advisable to engage a lawyer

The public prosecutor has got no role to play in filing Public interest litigation, it is the public who is interested on the subject to approach a lawyer, get the PIL drafted, engage the same lawyer or different lawyer or file it as party in person.
