I have discussed my case with you on 23 December 2013.there u had advised me to go for legal action.my parents r insisting me to have mutual dailogues n rather go for divorce instead of filing under domestic violence .they want me to get away from my in laws now as it may take several years to get justice.
And may not get remarried then, I Am trying to get my parents support still .I am unemployed.I am unable to decide.one side I want justice for what I suffered n other side I want to move forward with my baby.

DV cases take around 3 years to be decided . divorce by mutual consent may take maximum a year .

I know sir,mutual consent is better option but there my in laws will b on better side ,why?
Because 1.they will escape from punishment
2.they will ,(as before) not give me single penny.
3.there name n fame will remain as it is now,n will spoil other girls life.
I am not able to decide yet.shall I sacrifice myself or shall I look forward for myself n daughter

If you have dearth of money you can take free legal aid from court to start the case. Choice is yours.

How should I proceed for free legal aid sir?
My life n daughters life,will be decided on this decision.I belong to a village in Rajasthan,although was given good education,here society s pressure is what no body can expect

Visit the court premises. Every court has set up to provide free legal aid. Talk to them.

@Santosh Kumari: You have a social welfare department in every district collectorate, where a dsignated officer will receive and address the grievances of the desititute and depressed class of women who arfe affected by domestic violence or subjected to some other social violence. On the basis of your petition, they will conduct an inquiry session with both you and your husband, if no solution arrivedin the session, your case will be presented before the concerned court of law from where you canstart your legal journey, you can take the help of free legal aid services provided by the District legal services authrity available in almost all the distrit courts. First you take the relief of monetary assistance in the name of interim mainitenance and then go for main reliefs as well.
