Witness dispostion

wife has filed for amended of divorce petition and added new charge and witness.

There are couple of witness who are her neighbour i even dont know about.

Would I get copy of WS of witness before they may dispostion in court of law

Or WS is limited to petitioner and respondent only.

there certain witness on wife behalf, it is her neighbour few i dont even remember meeting.

I want to know what statement they would make for preparing cross questioning them.

I guess raj sir answered my query. i am not sure what witness copy of affidavit called apart from ws thank you all for help.
