You can file civil suit for injunction against forcible entry.

You can lodge police complaint against trespass, if police do not lodge complaint, file case u/s 156(3) to magistrate. Also can file suit for injunction against forcible entry.

This is half side of story what is the other half?

What is the reason you do not want your in-laws to enter your house are you a divorcee, is your wife not living with you, is any on going matter is pending as litigation, is there any criminal matter registered by you against your in- laws or wife ????? there are so many questions before we can give you a clear opinion.

Normally in-laws are always welcome except to the reasons above!!!

As per IPC House trespass is covered u/s 452 IPC

Dont worry about the governing provisions of law, you lodge a complaint about the losses and grievances you suffered, the police will take care of the sections and law.
