Dear Experts of the Forum,
Is WILL is to probated in State of Telangana( Part of erstwhile/ undivided A.P.). If no can we approach the revenue / Municipal Authorities for mutation of proprieties those have come to a person through bequeath.

It is mandatory to probate WILL in presidential towns; Chennai, Kolkota, Mumbai............

So you can approach the authority under whose jurisdiction property falls and complete the procedure requirements for testate succession.
