There are ways to start new business.
a. To Form company I.e. Limited Co., Pvt. Ltd. Co. and one person company.

b. To Form firm, proprietory firm, society, trust.

SInce, you have no experience in entrepreneurship, but you have nice thoughts to start corporate services business. In your case just to take break, go for partnership firm, the process is:-

1. Register partnership firm.
2. Find good office space, register that place under shop and commercial Establishment.
3. Get service tax registration.
4. Since you are in kolkata, you also need to get trade licence mandatorily.

All the best start acquiring corporate client, however for my information, what types of service, you wish to start.
