Hello sir, may I be eligible to file the petition for decree fo nullity of marriage, on the grounds that the marriage was never registered?

Mr.Arif Hope you were a Muslim.Muslim Divorces circumvent the Court Processes. Legally Even if Marriage is unregistered it would be Legally Valid. Normally Divorce could be applied only after 1 year of completion of marriage and Mutual Consent Divorce could be completed in 6 months after completion of 1 year of Marriage.Better discuss with your Local Good Advocate.

You are a Muslim you need not the adjudication from any court . Just say the word TALAK three times and communicate that tho your wife.

pashna shatra is a branch of astrology wherein the astrologer without seeing horoscope of anyone makes prediction depending upon time of question.
