Time period to cancel a sale deed

1. Can we cancel a sale deed?
2. If we can cancel a sale deed then what is the time period after registration during which we can cancel the sale deed?

A sale deed can not be canceled unless the consent is vitiated by coercion, fraud, misrepresentation,undue influence etc.(read ss.13 to 20 of Indian Contract Act) The limitation is 3 years which starts to run from the date of knowledge of the ground on which cancellation is sought.
