Telecom offer message

Hi,

I received a message from one telecom like rate cutter offer. I did the recharge as per the instructions provided by them. Later the offer is not activated and all my amount has been lost. I made a complaint to customer care and higher authorities they told there is no such offer. I replied to them then the offer has been received from your side only they told without activating from you are side how we do the activation later I shared the screen shot to them but they are telling we cannot help on this.

can you help me out how to take further action on it.

Well complain to TRAI. Complaint against telecom service provider does not lie in consumer forum.

First write a complaint to the customer care of the telephone service provider. Do not make verbal complaints.

If the customer care does not solve your problem, write to their Nodal Officer.

If nodal officer fails to settle the issue, write to the Appellate Authority.

Hi i wrote a mail to nodal officer for 5 times and have the chat conversation and store visit complaints also there with reference numbers. They are telling only apologize only and unable to refund the amount. The screen shots also available. Thanks a lot to all

Complaint Against Telecom Service Provider lies in Consumer Forum.

It has been discussed in many threads and recently at:

You seem to have merits but are unable to take it forward and conclude on your own..............hence may seek support of a lawyer handling consumer cases at your location.

You can lodge complaint with TRAI also.

If your negotiations with the telecom authorities are not fruitful and all your efforts are becoming a waste exercise, you may issue a legal notice venting out your grievances in a chronological order and seek relief and remedy from the authority, if this fails to invoke any response then you may decide about approaching consumer or appropriate forum for relief.
