Surrendering of passport

If foreign national gets marry to an Indian national who is an goan as goan portugues law then whether she has to surrender her foreign nationality passport n visa ? Whether she will lose her birth foreign nationality?

no she can not, surrender the passport is not a cause for lost the nationality

as per international law, one who can live without parents and can not live without citizenship. if citizen by birth can not be forfeited by any law except by the application of mother country law

citizen ship is not automatically lost by such things.

only on acquiring citizenship of some other country,you loose your indian citizenship,unless in case of countries with whom we allow dual citizenship.
