Can anyone guide me that which laws applicable for Real Estate Company for Legal audit purpose?
Can anyone share the list of legislation which is applicable for Real Estate company?

There can be a long list of legislation depending upon the requirements of legal audit that are necessary to be gone through during the legal audit of any real estate organisation.

Can you please tell me the list of major laws (e.g transfer of properties act/ as suggested by Mr. Nanda Sir) excluding basic laws (e.g.shop and establishment, or HR laws)

Dear Harish,
I wonder, being a lawyer, if you don't have an idea of major laws to deal with your client's case.
I also wonder, how you would be able to justify your performance to the satisfaction of your clients, if you are taking up cases of legal audit without having even any grass root knowledge about that matter.
Contrarily, as per description "About You" found in your own profile, you believe, "The good lawyer is not the man who has an eye to every side and angle of contingency, and qualifies all his qualifications, but who throws himself on your part so heartily, that he can get you out of a scrape."
So, if you don't have the basic knowledge about the issue of legal audit, what is the need for you to have an eye to that side?

I use this portal to take guidance/ suggestion form senior and Expert person like you, i have already done my research on it but i need to cross check that so I will give better to my client.
I thought with your valuable guidance and suggestion by Experts like you I will give better result to my clients.

Dear Harish,
If you felt the need to cross check your own findings, you could well have listed the names of such legislations of your own findings to enable the experts to add more to your list or suggested change, if any. But your query is just like putting a question for testing the knowledge of the experts, as if they are law students.
