I have old stamp paper in my firm name where I was partner . Can I use same stamp paper for amendment of another partnership .

No,you can not use stamp paper which is your another firm's name.A person/firm/company can only use stamp paper which has been purchased in it's own name.

Yes. Agreed with the learned expert Sri Bhartesh Goyal sir. The stamp paper purchased in the name of the old Firm. so it cannot be used by other Firms even though you are a partner in that Firm also.

The non-Judicial stamp paper could be used for transactions between both firms.It has no limitation of time.
