Look at it as an opportunity to present your side of facts, consult a lawyer and draft your reply,it is better to sort out and resign.

vague query. on what matter SCN is issued.

are you govt employee or not.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 22 May 2016
In such matters it is always better to consult an able counsel with copies of all employment related docs, rules/policies applicable to establishment/employee, communications on record, SCN, resignation etc and let your counsel structure a fitting representation and reply that may be submitted under proper acknowledgment.

Apparently the establishment is gearing up for penultimate order.

Without knowing full case details / related documents if any, nothing can be advised. Discuss with local lawyer expert in service matters.

If you have approached this forum for getting solution to your problem it becomes your duty to provide proper details so that you will get proper details and opinion to your query instead of posting vague queries and seeking solution to overcome the crisis.
However please remember that if your were served with show cause notice, it becomes your duty to give a reply to save your skin or to protect your interests now itself instead of losing an opportunity to defend yourself in the dispute to arise at a later stage where you may not be able to defend properly in the absence of your explanation.
