hi all

i have case in famliy court and case came to mitual settelment with oppsite party in meditaion center now my lawyer is asking 30%percnet of settelment amount before settelment he was in 10 % amount now he is asking more how deal this

please help in this i have no time take dicision

Should not agree to pay more than the settled amount.
