Hi can some one help me with the maximum consequenses and expenses i will have to bare if some one sues me uneder section 324 and 400.

Section 324.I.P.C. Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means-----

IF OFFENCE'LL PROVE AGAINST YOU THEN YOU MAY BE punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.

Section 400. Punishment for belonging to gang of dacoits
Whoever, at any time after the passing of this Act, shall belong to a gang of persons associated for the purpose of habitually committing dacoity, shall be punished with 1[imprisonment for life], or with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
