90 days of arrest have expired but no charge-sheet has been filed till to date.

the accused was arrested and within 90 days of arrest, no charge sheet was filed, then it is a valid reason for granting bail to the accused

There are two main ingredients necessary to decide culpability under the secion ; they are: There must be intention of or knowledge relating to the commission of murder: Secondly there must be an act towrds the its commission and if these ingredients are not found acquital follows. regarding bails members have suggested.
