Sale deed with 2 flats

Dear All
There is flat for sale, having joint sale deed for this flat & other adjecent flat. Is there any way that seller can sagrigate aggrements so that both purchasers can have separate sale deeds?

seller should have entered into separate agreement while purchasing the 2 flats . now try to find one buyer for both the flats and enter into separate agreement with them

Flats are directly purchased from builder by original buyer on single agreement for both flats. We are second prospected buyer.

if that is so then you have to find a single buyer for both the flats . any purchaser would want the original chain of documents . you can do only if you find one buyer

This is not a big problem. Even if a owner has ownership of two properties by way of a single document even then he can sale his both properties to 2 separate and distinct persons. The certified copy of previous document can be provided for the completion of chain of previous sales.

If the advice of some of the experts is followed then possible, the property shall remain unsold for a long time. Law do not prescribe such compulsion.
