SIR, THE TRIAL COURT HAS DISMISSED THE PETITION FILED BY ME U/S 311 OF CR.P.C., SUBSEQUENTLY I PREFERRED REVISION U/S S.397(2) OF CR.P.C., IN DISTRICT COURT, WHICH WAS ALSO DISMISSED ON THE GROUND OF MAINTAINABILITY. PLEASE ADVISE.
