Review petition in supreme court

In my SLP petition the bench told me that ur remedies lies in the high court , you to the high court and dismissed the same, though I told the bench that keep my SLP pending, but thd bench told me that no need to keep it pending cause ur remedies lies in ghe high crt. Now after 4 months have passed thr high court is not taking my matter and the matter is changing hands through bench one after another bench.The only reason is that the Accused has high profile contacts. What should I do . Should j file a review petition.
