Dear Sir,

Can any one help me with the standard draft of bye laws for Residential welfare Associations.
Does Regd Welfare Associations have any rights as such either in collecting subscriptionsfrom the residents or in implementing any welfare activities in the residential colonies?

Obtain the service of the local lawyer for this purpose and only registered society has got power to collect subscription and execute welfare schemes.
