Hi,
We have filed a case and send notice to the opposite party. it has been 2 years, we haven't received any reply.
And we have send three to four times reminder to the party.
Can anyone tell, what should we do now, regarding the case?

Case is about the property "cancellation of sale deed"

Note: Case is in Uttar pradesh, Gazipur district.

if defendant has not filed his appearance and not filed reply court will proceed with the case exparte . your lawyer will do the needful

You proceed further as per your desire shown in the notice. It you have to file the civil suit for declaration then get it filed without waiting for the reply of the defendants.
