Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 27 November 2011
Yes the property would devolve upon the daughters equally.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 27 November 2011
I endorse the common views of all experts on this subject.
M V Gupta (Expert) 28 November 2011
Under Islamic law the shares are different. If the deceased is survived by his wife and sons/daughters, the widow will have a definite share(1/4 share) and for parents of the deceased (1/6 share)etc. and all the daughters together will have the remaining share which they will share amongst them in equal proportion.
saaniya (Querist) 03 December 2011

Dear Saaniya,
I think you are bothered only about your query. You do not seem to be bothered to clear the doubts in the minds of the experts - whether it relates to MUSLIM or HINDU. Without giving that information, your asking further query has no meaning.
