trader purchased me goods from time to time paid partial amount but now deniying to pay balance amount he has bounced cheque of rs 25000/-but totaldue is 260000/-in this sitution leglly how can i do please dvice

File a suit for recovery of money and complaint u/s 138 to initiate criminal proceedings. Before filing issue notice and in case of 138 follow the procedure.

Both side remedies civil for entire balance due and criminal for cheque amount.Engage a local lawyer to proceed.
