Dear Experts,
I have already taken Notice Bail for 5 working days.
I have received Notice u/s 160 & 175 stating an order to require attendance at Investigation w.r.t False Dowry FIR u/s 498A, 406, 34 IPC.
Query 1 :: Is this notice u/s 160 means that my notice period has started?
Query 2 :: Do I need to approach for Anticipatory Bail?

1. This notice is meant for providing you an opportunity to join the investigation and putforth your stand therein.
2. Better to go for it afater joining the investigation.

The notice has been issued by Investigating Officer for joining investigation, it is complusory, otherwise, you can be arrested.
Need not take another anticipatory bail, you have already been granted AB with 5 days notice.

Yes, before joining the investigation u/s.498-A IPC it will be better to take anticipatory bail for your safe side. This step will at least protect you from possible harassment by the police and to extort money from you by posing threat of arrest.

Since you have already obtained notice bail, you may attend the police and join investigation without going for AB one again, you can go for it after the investigation is over, if necessary.
