Vendors title Deed in original Vendor's Vendor Title deeds in original - as link documents and all possible link documents till Revenue Records - at least for 15/18 years if possible for a period of thirty years - mutation proceedings - Tax Revenue/Shisth paid receipts - according to the history of the title of the property - no specific rule can be applied - it defers from case to case !

In addition to the title documents of the seller including the instruments of previous owner(s), the records of government offices like Municipality, Revenue Department, Registration office etc. can be checked.
