Thank you. just i am study of cs as distant education.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 10 August 2013
cs as distant education by a lawyer may not come as an issue but membership or accepting employment as company secretary would certainly be.

You can join CS. After completion of CS if you want to join any corporate office, you will have to surrender the sanad issued by the Bar Council.
mohd mahboob (Querist) 10 August 2013
cs courses = management + legal
prabhakar singh (Expert) 10 August 2013
You have rightly understood me.
You can not take two professions or two employments at a time is the bar.
mohd mahboob (Querist) 10 August 2013
no sir ,i joined one profession plus study only cs.if i passed cs,than i have join any one of the profession.prabhakar
prabhakar singh (Expert) 10 August 2013
Yes! after passing CS you would be at liberty to chose between the two and in case you chose CS membership you would need to surrender your bar council membership.
A CS/Ca membership does not prohibit employment but a bar council membership does.
mohd mahboob (Querist) 10 August 2013
Thank you sir, cs membership is student membership, not employment membership.LL.M is allowed of study as membership of student of college/university but cs is membership of student.

in cs final ,required training of ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
