Rape case against my boyfriend

Hy i have file a complaint against my boyfriend section is 376,4-21,childact he and i are minor and he and his parents trouble me i had file this case on dec2016, and still case has nt went to the court yet the police are just saying thay the charge sheet is file bt still nw there is no progress what should i do actually i wanted to get settlement with the guy is that possible now

Please advice me.. .. .....

HIi if you wish to settele than other side can file quashing proceeding u/s 482 of crpc.

OR else Meet the Senior Police Officials in Person Or send it by Registered Post and if no action after 15 days file a Private Complaint in concerned Court to Advise/Direct the Police to Initiate Action .Consult and Appoint a Local Good Senior Advocate.

You are willing to settle the matter?
And how you think you are going to do it?
If at the time of the incidence you were minor age, as per the law it is a clear offence of rape and it cannot be settled.

It appears that you are in the course of adopting criminal proceedings to settle score with your boyfriend. It is beyond the scope of this forum to offer any suggestion to further your ill-advised venture.

I just want the case to go to court and he shld get proper punshiment first when I had file and fir he had came for d setlment
