This has happened in village .there is a case where the second wife purchased the property and died. her sons sold the property. one son died and his wife has signed the document on her husband"s behalf
unfortunately first wive son and the second wife son who died are having the same name. so the first wife son is claiming the property after 16 years.even though they have parent documents patta was not issued. most of the lands in this village does not have patta . I am interested in purchasing
the land so before venturing i wanted guidence.
