Execute family settlement deed among your mother, elder brother, sister and yourself and get the same registered before sub registrar office.it would give you absolute title of property.

Agreed. Make a clear mention of all boundaries.
It shall put all disputes to rest.
In case your father has died without leaving a valid WILL then you may check with o/o Municipal Corporation at your location and look into the process and forms for entry of all ClassI legal heirs name in records of Municipal Corporation.

Entry in the Municipal or Revenue records do not amount much. Work out a partition or family settlement among the Class I heirs as already suggested.

Get registered family settlement executed. otherwise your mother and sister can give registered renunciation letter.

An amicable partition deed may be drawn, get it registered, have one copy and proceed with the plan to dispose the share of property allocated to you.
