Procedure for divorce of arya samaj marriage

one of my cousin got married 2 months back in arya samajh temple and they only have arya Samaj certificate.. however the marriage is not Registered yet in court. the boy and girl never stayed together not for a single day. Please let me know is this marriage is valid.. can girl do another marriage without divorce.. or divorce required to get another marriage done... also please let me know the procedure and time it will take to cancel this marriage. This is something very urgent.

No u can't married without divorce from first husband.

U need to file case in court for divorce if it is MCD then it can be done within 15 days other wise long period is required.

Is there any legal way to get divorce without filing case in court?? Or filing case is the only way..

Marriage is valid.

Can not marry without divorce decree from Court.

Only a competent court of law can grant you divorce and hence this remains the only option.

Dear Client,

Arya Samaj marriage is perfectly valid and the certificate issued by them is also legally valid in proof of a valid legal Marriage. Tell the girl and boy to apply for divorce by Mutual consent and after decree copy is received after 6 months or less time the girl can go for 2nds marriage.
